SaleHalo provides a platform for businesses to announce sales and for shoppers to follow businesses and receive notifications when sales begin. Businesses can create profiles, post sale dates, and shoppers can follow businesses to stay informed about upcoming sales.

3. User Accounts

To use our service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete information
  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent sale information
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Post content that is defamatory, harassing, or offensive

6. Premium Subscriptions

Businesses may subscribe to premium features for a monthly fee. Subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time. Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy. We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with advance notice.

You retain ownership of content you submit to our platform. However, by submitting content, you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with our Service. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
